My Symbolic Experience with Furniture-Medic of Bournemouth.

As a savvy customer who have been trying to get workmanships for some of my furniture and a wooden bed that needed a really delicate and expertise refurbishment, for almost a year, I/we have been restlessly searching and contacting various furniture companies around Poole, Bournemouth, Christchurch and around Dorchester and Weymouth, but to no avail. Miraculously as soon as we got in touch with Furniture Medic of Bournemouth and Dorset, and although it was during the most fearful periods of COVID-19, despite that, when I spoke to Sharon, whose welcoming and gentle voice and honest support was just enough to make us fall in love with the whole Furniture Medic Company. As promised and without errs and excuses and without any delay, Sharon asked a team of Furniture Medic professionals to visit and assess and review the whole situation. Then promptly, two professionals (Shaun and Nigel) were determined to happily take on the job of taking our king-size wooden bed apart into pieces and take it away just to bring it up and back to an excellent state even better than when it was first made fresh from the factory. This massively delicate and complicated job started two months ago and as promised by Sharon the bed returned today by the exceptionally knowledgeable, hard working and humane Shaun and Nigel. That is why I and my whole family and friends decided to realistically acknowledge that the company Furniture Medic is not only the best furniture medic company around but also a human medic organisation. Your relationships with your clients is not only nurturing but diversely and lovingly family-oriented.

In the final analysis, the Furniture Medic of Bournemouth and Dorset has proven be a National Treasure of our uniquely wonderful nation. We cannot thank you enough for an exceptional workmanship.

I had the pleasure of using Furniture medic. Shaun is very knowledgeable and provided some very good advice to assist me when deciding if I need to restore my old sofa or buy a new one.

I am glad I went with the first option as the sofa came back on time and in much better condition than when it left. I am a large person so I needed the cushions replaced after 7 years and it now has proper large cushions that feel like they will last longer than the previous ones.

Please note. A good sofa with proper foam cushions is better for your back and posture so if you like the sofa you already have its a good idea to have the cushions replaced, they put much better ones in that your sofa came with!!

They even lend you a sofa whilst they work on yours.

Well worth the cost!

Thanks to the chap that came to fix my sofa. He’s done a brilliant job.

Thank you to furniture medic Dorchester for the first class work carried out on two leather sofas. The cream sofa (approx 20 years old) needed a deep clean, polish and final lacquer. It has now been returned to a ‘new condition. This work was carried out diligently by Wayne at my house with no disruption whatsoever.

The brown sofa (around 15 years old) needed to be taken away for a complete refurbishment which involved a strip and replacement of all the padded areas. It was then cleaned, polished and lacquered. Again this has been returned to a ‘new condition’

Just a quick note to say a huge thank you for our table and chairs, they look amazing!

My Chairs have come back and I’m absolutely thrilled.

When the chairs were collected, I said if any other work was needed that was fine and what the upholsterer has done is amazing.

I also asked the guys this morning that IF there is any material left over to please keep it for me and when I give you some more work in the Autumn, it can come back to me.
