Furniture Medic have an extensive and expanding network of technicians around the country; all of our personnel are fully accredited and are focused on customer facing skills to ensure we can deliver the personal service.
How long will it take to restore a piece of furniture?
The length of time for the restoration is dependant on the individual case. Certain factors such as the age and type of the item and whether the restoration is being carried out as an insurance claim can all affect the length of time needed for restoration.
How much will the restoration cost?
The cost of repairing an item is dependant on factors such as the age, type and condition. We can give you an idea of the cost over the phone but we will need to view the item to give an accurate quotation.
What is the guarantee on the restored item?
We give a guarantee of 6 months on all restoration carried out to furniture.
Do you provide loan furniture?
Depending on each individual case or circumstance, we may be able to provide loan items of furniture whilst yours is being restored.
Where do you carry out the work?
Wherever possible we conduct our repairs on site and only when necessary, for example for larger items, carry out the work in our workshop.
